If you're up for another longer drive, Logan Canyon is SO beautiful, and one of my favorite drives. Crank some tunes, roll down your windows and enjoy the crisp autumn air and beauty of this well-travelled byway. (This is an all day trek, just warning you!)
With plenty of scenic overlooks, hiking trails, rivers, and jaw-dropping beauty, this scenic byway is a great place to visit for a long day-date. (If you do this, make sure you stop at Provo River Falls.)

Utah's Adventure Family put together this fun list of hikes... most of them will be STUNNING for a few weeks. And there's a good variety of difficulty... so find the hike that's right for you.
If you're going to go up the Alpine Loop this fall... prepare to possibly get stuck in some traffic (but that just gives you more time to savor the scenery, right!?). Hobble Creek Canyon, near Springville, is a great way to see the colorful Wasatch Mountains and is also a less crowded canyon scenic byway (which makes it a peaceful place to see the fall colors in full forc!). A fun hike to check out is the Wardsworth Creek Trail.
Nebo Loop is designated a "National Scenic Byway" by the Federal Highway Administration, recognizing it as one of the premiere driving roads in America. Along the way, stop at Payson Lakes and be awed by the fall colors reflected in the lakes.
On a nightly walking tour around Park City, be prepared to hear chilling stories about the former mining towns past (and maybe still present?) residents.

Each person (or couple) picks a dessert and then makes that dessert. Then... everyone votes (no voting for your own treat!). Who is the better baker? Who picked the better recipe? This can be a fun, ongoing competition (for couples who are competitive!), with each couple vying for bragging rights.

This fun and whimsical Halloween adventure is one of our favorite activities from the past couple of years. It's a unique, non-scary but still festive experience that takes you through multiple creative worlds decorated with carved pumpkins. And... as an added bonus, they have yummy food, a grain-train that is crazy fast, and even firedancers and Halloween movies on the weekend!
